POINTS TO NOTE BEFORE DOWNLOADING THE APPLICATION FORM

1.	For detailed Application Procedures please refer to the Guide to Applicants for 2008/2009 Admission to Undergraduate and Post-Secondary Programmes.
2.	Please complete and return with the application form (i) the Address Labels and (ii) the stamped (HK$1.4) Application Acknowledgement Card
3.	Please settle the non-refundable Application Fee of HK$100 at any branch office of the Standard Chartered Bank (Account number: 415-0-640685-5). Settlement by direct deposit or transferring the amount via ATM machines is NOT acceptable.
