The Academy is located roughly mid-way between the Admiralty and Wanchai MTR stations, although it is slightly closer to Admiralty (take exit E2 signposted to the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts).

Limited on-site parking is available - access with Octopus Card. Undercover parking is available at the nearby Shui On Centre, Convention Plaza Car Park and the Admiralty Harcourt Garden Car Park. Please refer to the above map for locations.

The Academy Atrium / Foyer is open to the general public from 7.30am - 11:30pm, Monday - Saturday, and is closed on Sundays except during performances and exhibitions - please check advertised starting times and opening hours.

The Bethanie Campus is located at 139 Pokfulam Road. Drivers should follow signs to the Chinese Cuisine Training Centre Institute, which is next to Bethanie.

As parking at Bethanie is limited for the time being, visitors are encouraged to consider arriving by taxi or public transport. Undercover parking is available at the Chi Fu Fa Yuen Car Park (about 10 minutes walk to Bethanie). Please refer to the above map for location.

The Academy's Box Office opens Monday - Saturday 12 noon - 6pm and additionally on performance days remains open until 30 minutes after the last performance start time.

Auditorium spaces for wheelchairs are available at the Academy by prior arrangement at the time of ticket booking. Please contact our Customer Services Department on 2584 8633 for further details.
Physical facilities include:
- Wheelchair ramps at driveway entrance and G/F Atrium
- Spaces designated for wheelchairs in all performing venues
- Lift access to all floors with tactile-braille indicators, audible floor announcements and large format displays for the visually impaired
- Temporary parking available for wheelchair patrons (by prior arrangement with Customer Services Department)
- Toilets at G/F and 1/F foyers designed for people with physical disabilities
- Audible and visual signals on the emergency alarm system
- Persons with hearing disabilities may enjoy the Academy's Drama, Western and Cantonese Opera productions which are surtitled in Chinese and English
From time to time the Academy arranges training courses specifically tailored for persons with disabilities, such as wheelchair dance courses.
