Job Opportunities




The appointee is expected to assist in implementing and coordinating the human resources policies and procedures, covering various areas such as recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, staff engagement and salary administration. He/She will administer various human resources and training programs, deal with employment and employee-relations matters, assist in the post-implementation review and maintenance of HR systems and ad-hoc Human Resources projects.

Applicants should have:
(a) a university degree preferably majoring in human resources, business studies or related disciplines;
(b) at least five years of relevant experience preferably gained from tertiary education sector;
(c) good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
(d) sound knowledge of Employment Ordinance and related legislations;
(e) a proactive work attitude, with strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills; and
(f) good computer literacy.

Appointment will be on a 2-year contract, renewal is subject to operational needs.  A gratuity payment equal up to 15% of basic salary earned during the contract period will be payable upon satisfactory completion of contract.  Fringe benefits include leave, medical and dental benefits.  Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
