Fees and Financial Aid
Tuition Fees
The annual tuition fees are payable in two equal instalments. The first instalment is due before September and the second instalment is due before February. Fees paid are not refundable. The tuition fees for the 2020/21 academic year are as follows.

Tuition fees for the first year of study will be specified in the letter of offer. Tuition fees for subsequent years are announced at the end of each academic year. These tuition fees apply to both the continuing and new students. Registration beyond the normative study period will incur additional charge per semester.
Caution Money and Graduation Fee
On first registration in a new academic programme, students are required to pay a caution money sum of HK$400, which will be converted into a graduation fee upon graduation.Caution money will be used to cover any unpaid claims charged to a student, such as outstanding library fines. Except for official withdrawal, the balance is not refundable.
Financial Aid
Extended Non-means-tested Loan Scheme (ENLS)
Eligible post-graduate students at the Academy may apply for Student Finance Office's Extended Non-means-tested Loan Scheme (ENLS). The Scheme provides financial assistance in the form of loan to eligible students to settle tuition fees of specific part-time and full-time post-secondary and continuing and professional education courses provided in Hong Kong. ENLS is open for new students to apply for in August. Students are advised to visit the Student Finance Office's website for application procedures.
Scholarships
The Academy offers a significant number of scholarships to current students. Applications to various scholarships are invited by the Student Affairs Office throughout an academic year. Scholarships are awarded to the most deserving students based on their outstanding academic and/or non-academic achievements during their studies at the Academy.
