HKAPA 40th Anniversary Open Day
The Academy will present its 40th Anniversary Open Day on Sunday March 2 this year, filled with over a hundred free performing arts events prepared by students and faculty from six Schools on the Wanchai Main Campus and the Béthanie Landmark Heritage Campus in Pokfulam of the Academy.

The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts (HKAPA) proudly announces its 40th Anniversary Exhibition, 40 Years of Brilliance: HKAPA’s Artistic Legacy, celebrating four decades of excellence in performing arts education. This special exhibition will take place at the Wanchai Main Campus, showcasing the Academy’s rich history and its commitment to nurturing talent and fostering creativity.
Visitors will be guided through the Academy’s significant milestones, starting with an overview of key moments in HKAPA's history. The exhibition features a series of checkpoints, each with QR codes for delving deeper into the Academy’s legacy, notable productions, alumni achievements, global partnerships, community engagement and strategic plan for the coming decade.
The public is warmly invited to join this exhibition which serves as a testament to the Academy’s pivotal role in shaping the future of performing arts in Hong Kong.
