Ms Ma is a Lecturer in Stage and Event Management in the School of Theatre and Entertainment Arts at The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts.

Ms Ma obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Theatre Technical Arts with First Class Honours from The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts. Her teaching areas include Community Arts, Collaborative Communications, Multimedia Management, and Project & Event Management.

Ms Ma has served as Stage Manager at Cirque du Soleil, Producer at Jack Morton Worldwide, and Project Manager at Raleigh UK, and has held management roles experience in Central America, Spain and Mainland China. Prior to joining the HKAPA, she was the General Manager at ARHT Media (North Asia Region), partnered with NetDragon Websoft Holdings. She is also one of the founders of MUFLA CREATIVE, a creative studio whose clients include Meta, Google, Jardine Matheson, CHANEL High Jewellery, Roger Dubuis, Pernod Ricard, Consulat Général de France à Hong Kong et Macao, Finoverse, InvestHK, to name a few.

Ms Ma maintains close connections with the industry. She served on the Asia Pacific Advisory Board of Professional Convention Management Association, and is currently a Board Director of The Hong Kong Association of Theatre Technicians & Scenographers and Professional Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Marketing.
