Biography
Monica Chen received her first master’s degree in English Literature from National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan, and second master’s degree in English Language Teaching from the University of Warwick, UK. Monica’s interest in language education has led her to pursue a Ph.D in English Language Education from the University of Hong Kong. She has a strong commitment to helping students develop spoken and written language competence and become effective users of language for general, academic and professional purposes.
