The Library is pleased to introduce the Online Request Service for Items on Available to allow users to place request on Primo@Lib for the circulating books and AV items regardless whether they have been loaned out. Users can choose to pick up the requested items from the Academy Library or F/TV Library. This new service will be provided on a trial basis from 23 Aug 2021 in response to the user feedback in the recent Library User Survey. The Library will review the service at the end of the first semester 2021/22.
