With the library system migration and the introduction of the new search platform Primo@Lib, the Library took the opportunity to review the loan policy and the corresponding borrowing privileges for different users. Trials with the revised loan quotas and loan periods were rolled out in April 2019, and users’ feedback were positive. The loan policy was further simplified this year for enhanced operational efficiency and to encourage the use of library materials.

 

 

Thanks to the support of the Library Committee and the approval of the Academic Board, the Library Borrowing Regulations is now updated and the loan policy revised.  Details of the latest loan policy can be found HERE and in the Library website, with the highlights listed below:
