The booking system has been in use since December 2015 allowing staff and students to make online reservation for the Library Seminar Room.  Booking can be made on the same day or at most 7 days in advance within 24 hours.

 

Starting from 2 September 2019 (Monday), available timeslots will be open for booking 7 days in advance on a daily basis.  For example, before midnight of 2 September 2019 (Monday), you can book any available timeslots between 2 September 2019 (Monday) to 8 September 2019 (Sunday). After midnight, you can book any available timeslot from 2 September to 9 September (Monday).
