To apply for inclusion in the Vendor List of The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, please complete the Application Form and submit all the required documents.
Application Form for Inclusion in the Academy’s Vendor List
Subject to confirmation of the applicant's credentials, those companies that are found acceptable will be included in the Academy’s Vendor List. The Academy reserves the right to review the Registered Vendor List from time to time.
Incomplete applications (without the required documentation) will not be considered.

Registered Suppliers are required to comply with the below code of conduct (the "Code").
This provides a social, ethical and behavioural framework for all vendors conducting business with the Academy.
