“A Celebration of Dance” is one of the celebration events of the 35th Anniversary of The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts (the Academy). It is the first dance-themed event of the Academy Alumni Association since its establishment in 2004. It will feature selected outstanding dance works from the major dance productions of the Academy’s School of Dance over the past 35 years with the joint collaboration of alumni, retired faculty as well as current teachers and students of the School. The net proceeds of the event will be used to support the Association’s operation and to provide scholarships to outstanding Academy students.

                                                                                                                                     

Show Cancellation & Refund Procedures for “A Celebration of Dance”

(Ticket Refund starting from 11 October 2019)

The event "A Celebration of Dance" scheduled at 7:45ppm on (Sun) 6 October 2019, at Hong Kong Jockey Club Amphitheatre in The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts has been cancelled. All patrons who purchased tickets via HK Ticketing can apply a full refund subject to the following refund procedure.

 

Tickets Purchased by CREDIT CARD

Full refund will be automatically deposited to the same Credit Card account used for ticket purchase within 45 working days.

 

Tickets Purchased by CASH

1)     Please bring along the current tickets to the HK Ticketing Box Office at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre during business hours from 11 October 2019 to 9 November 2019 to process a refund.

2)     Business Hours: Monday – Saturday, 11am – 7pm and closed on Sundays and Public Holidays

3)     An immediate full refund in cash will be made at the Box Office counter upon submission of a completed Refund Application Form with current ticket(s). The ticket holders must sign to acknowledge receipt of the refund.

4)     Any Cash Refund requests received after 9 November 2019 will not be processed.
