• The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts ("HKAPA") has entered into a Master License Agreement in respect of Stride Wong Chuk Hang, the flagship student accommodation managed by Stride Student Living ("Stride"), under which HKAPA will secure bed spaces for allocation to its students, commencing from Academic Year 2026/27.
• Located just a two-minute walk from Wong Chuk Hang MTR Station, Stride Wong Chuk Hang offers convenient access to HKAPA's Wan Chai Main Campus and other parts of Hong Kong. The purpose-designed student accommodation features modern rooms, a vibrant student community, and over 9,600 square feet of thoughtfully curated communal facilities designed to support study, wellbeing and student life.
• The agreement marks the beginning of an extended collaboration to provide high-quality student accommodation for HKAPA’s students, reflecting the Parties’ shared commitments to enhancing the student accommodation experience in Hong Kong.
As HKAPA continues to welcome an increasing number of local and non-local students, the collaboration provides its students with access to professionally managed accommodation, excellent communal facilities and a vibrant student community. Stride Wong Chuk Hang’s convenient location, just moments from the MTR station, offers students quick and easy access to campus and the rest of Hong Kong, while Wong Chuk Hang’s dynamic arts scene provides an inspiring environment that complements the Academy’s creative spirit.
