The postholder will provide executive support to the Communications Office on its daily operations and administration.  Reporting to the Head of Communications with the main duties outlined below:

 

• Handle submissions from internal offices and external parties on their marketing collaterals/publicity materials, which involve visuals, images, videos, content, and texts such as house programmes.
• Check submitted materials to ensure they adhere to the guidelines and the framework set by the Academy/senior management.
• Conduct research and monitor if procedures and framework are followed.
•  Assist in overseeing the content approval procedures or mechanisms.
• Support other duties of the Communications Office as assigned by Head of Communications.

 

Requirements:
(a) A recognised university degree, preferably with a major in communications, journalism, English language or translation.
(b) At least 10 years of relevant working experience.
(c) Sound knowledge of corporate communications, and/or public relations.
(d) Good excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
(e) Attentive to details.
(f) Must be a team player and possess good interpersonal skills.

 

TERMS OF APPOINTMENT
Appointment will be for 12-month for a maximum of 15 hours per week.
