Upcoming Workshops

Tailor-made ChatGPT Workshop for Complementary Studies

A tailor-made workshop will be offered to Complementary Studies on Apr 12. It equips language teachers with the necessary tools and techniques to harness the power of AI in their classrooms. With AI technologies such as ChatGPT and POE, teachers can enhance their teaching and stay at the forefront of innovative teaching methods. The workshop might be of interest to teachers who deliver similar language courses, e.g. teaching French or Italian to performers.

Following this workshop, additional sessions will be provided for the School of Music and School of Dance to ensure all faculty members have the opportunity to benefit from this valuable training.

Due to the explosive development of AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) recently, EDuIT will conduct a survey on the use of AGI tools for teaching and learning purpose. Stay tuned.

Thank you all for your enthusiastic support of the workshop on that day.  The use of Generative AI is not only a game changer in higher education, but it also sparks many discussions among performing arts educators about the challenges and opportunities for teaching and learning.

EDuIT hopes the session was able to offer some insights and spark some thoughts on Generative AI. Due to requests from schools and teaching units, more customised workshops on the subject will be held.

EDuIT encourages you to talk with us, delivering custom-made seminars for teaching/administrative staff based on the needs of the Schools and departments.
