The Academy is looking for a competent and detail-minded candidate to provide a spectrum of administrative services at Human Resources Office to facilitate the development and operations of the Academy.

 

The postholder will assist supervisors to provide executive support in reviewing, formulating and implementation of policies and guidelines, including but not limited to conduct research and provide support for the conduct of consultancy studies or projects of the Human Resources Office; to liaise with internal and external parties; to compile the relevant documentation; to arrange meetings with the stakeholders concerned and provide logistics support; to provide administrative and secretarial support to the operation of Human Resources Office, and assisting in ad-hoc projects as assigned.

 

Applicants should have:
(a) A recognised degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification;
(b) At least three years of working experience in human resources management and/or executive support, preferably within the public sector or statutory bodies;
(c) Good analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills;
(d) Good interpersonal skills with good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; and
(e) Good computer literacy.

 

TERMS OF APPOINTMENT
Appointment will be on a two-year renewable contract, subject to performance and mutual agreement.  A gratuity payment equals up to 10% of the total basic salary earned during the contract period, may be granted upon satisfactory completion of the full contract. The amount of gratuity payable will be the sum which, when added to the Academy’s contribution to a Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) scheme as required by the MPF Schemes Ordinance, that equals 10% of the total basic salary drawn during the contract period. Fringe benefits include leave, medical, and dental benefits. The starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
