The Academy to Present Fall Performances
The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts (HKAPA) will bring to stage astounding dance, drama and Cantonese opera performances this Autumn, presented by students of the respective Schools in collaboration with the production team of the School of Theatre and Entertainment Arts. Free concerts and masterclasses are also offered by the School of Music.

The 33rd Graduation Ceremony of The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts
The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts (the Academy) hosted its 33rd Graduation Ceremony today. The ceremony was officiated by Council Chairman Professor Stephen Chow Chun-kay GBS JP. The ceremony was held at the Academy Lyric Theatre.

Tin Ka Ping Foundation Donates to Establish “Tin Ka Ping Education Fund” to Support All-rounded Learning for HKAPA Students
Tin Ka Ping Foundation donates HK$3 million to The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts (“the Academy”). Together with the Hong Kong Government’s 1:1 Matching Grant, the Fund’s total amount will be HK$6 million. With the establishment of “Tin Ka Ping Education Fund”, the return on investment will support Academy students to participate in Mainland Study and Exchange Programme, as well asService Learning Programme in Hong Kong and overseas, so as to nurture a new generation of artists with leadership and vision.

CMB Wing Lung Bank Limited (CMB Wing Lung Bank) donates HK$500,000 to The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts to establish “CMB Wing Lung Bank Chinese Dance Cultural Study and Exchange Scholarships” to support Academy dance students, majoring in Chinese Dance, to participate in cultural study and exchange activities in the Mainland with the aim to broaden students’ horizon, enhance the communication and understanding between the young dancers in Hong Kong and the Mainland and nurture a new generation of artists with leadership and vision.
