Arts Accessibility Workshops - Be inspired by power of art beyond different abilities

We believe that education and application is the key to promote arts inclusion sustainably.  In January, we were grateful to arrange four physical workshops before the outbreak of the fifth wave of the pandemic in Hong Kong.  It was our pleasure to invite Professor Lena Lee, an Arts Specialist of ADAHK, as the speaker for the workshops and share some good examples in successfully integrating AA creatively in performing arts.  Targeting different audiences, she has also invited three guests with different talents to share how they have overcome their limitations and shine on the stage. ....

Artists with Disability Development Fund

In furtherance of the Academy’s collaboration with ADAHK to encourage artistic development for people with disabilities, the Academy supported ADAHK to promote the meaningful Artists with Disability Development Fund to students of the Academy. The fund aims at financing and assisting aspiring young people with disabilities for local or overseas arts studies or specific development path in the arts. Community members are also welcome to apply.
