The Part-time Assistant will provide administrative and clerical support to the General Education and Research and also assist on programme administration, course management, liaison with students, Schools and other departments within the Academy. The postholder may be required to work outside office hours in case of emergency or operational needs.
Applicants should:
(a) Have 5 subjects at Grade E/Level 2 or above in the HKCEE/HKDSEE, including English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language, or a Higher Diploma or an Associate Degree;
(b) Normally, have at least two years of relevant working experience; possession of previous experience in tertiary institution would be an advantage;
(c) Have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing;
(d) Have good communication and interpersonal skills with good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua; and
(e) Be proactive and able to work independently and have strong sense of responsibility.

Appointment should be immediate available until end of June 2027, subject to mutual agreement.
