Reporting to the Head of Student Affairs, the appointee provides clerical support in the day-to-day operation of the Student Affairs Office, including administering student finance, scholarships, student accommodation, and other duties assigned by the Head of Student Affairs.
The appointee will work on weekday for a maximum of 16 hours per week and occasionally on Saturday mornings.
Applicants should have:
(a) At least 5 subjects at Grade E/Level 2 or above in the HKCEE/HKDSEE, including English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language;
(b) Preferably at least two years of relevant work experience;
(c) Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
(d) Sound numerical sense and a high level of computer literacy, particularly EXCEL and word-processing;
(e) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; and
(f) A customer service orientation to support students' needs.
TERMS OF APPOINTMENT
Appointment will be for 1 month. The starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
