Reporting to the Head of Student Affairs, the appointee performs general administrative duties to assist with the day-to-day operation of the Student Affairs Office, including administering student finance, scholarships, student accommodation, and other duties assigned by the Head of Student Affairs.

The appointee will work on weekday mornings or afternoons for a maximum of 16 hours per week and occasionally on Saturday mornings.

 

Applicants should have:
(a) A recognised Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification;
(b) Normally, at least two years of administrative experience, preferably at a tertiary educational institution;
(c) Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
(d) Sound numerical sense and a high level of computer literacy, particularly EXCEL and word-processing;
(e) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; 
(f) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail; and
(g) A customer service orientation to support students' needs.


TERMS OF APPOINTMENT
Appointment will be initially for 1-year starting from July 2026.  The starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
