Postgraduate Programmes

The Academy's postgraduate programmes provide opportunities for talented graduates from Hong Kong and abroad to obtain internationally recognised postgraduate qualifications in the performing arts. 

Emphasising both individual achievements and collaborative efforts, postgraduate studies aim to develop practising artists into future leaders in the arts. The practice-oriented programmes nurture artistry, enhance advanced skills, impart comprehensive knowledge, and cultivate professionalism in students who show potential for excellence. Postgraduate students engage in practical research, apply theoretical knowledge to professional practice, make original contributions to their specialisations, and acquire the specialised tools and confidence needed for lifelong careers. 

With an international mix of students and faculty, and state-of-the-art faculties, the Academy's postgraduate programmes provide opportunities for students to develop an international perspective in the arts and receive wider cultural exposure.
